Required client device user action and use cases
This section lists the required action that a device user needs to take in the Mobile@Work client.
Client device user action
Device users will see a notification in the Mobile@Work app.
Android client
Procedure
- On the Android device, device user taps on the Mobile@Work icon to open the app.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap on the Microsoft 365 Access button.

Device user logs in.
- If the Authenticator app is installed on the device – device user will be redirected to the Authenticator app to enter login credentials.

If the Authenticator app is not installed on the device – device user will be redirected to the Google Play Store to download the app before proceeding to next steps.

Once logged in, the Mobile@Work Home page displays.
iOS client
Procedure
- On the iOS device, device user taps on the Mobile@Work icon to open the app.
- Tap Settings. The Settings page opens.

Tap the Microsoft 365 Access button.
